After all the activity leading up to the caucus, listening to speakers at the Free Ramos & Compean Benefit stopped me in my tracks.  My thoughts, my momentum, my heart... stopped.  Listening to Monica Ramos and her dad, Joe, speak about their heartache over the last 3 years brought me to tears.  Suddenly, everything else I was working on was not so important.  Some of you were there and I saw your eyes swell too.  Those of you who couldn't make it were spared a solemn and sorrowful evening.

Let Agents Ramos & Compean know we haven't forgotten them by writing EVERY wednesday (Hump Day).  Then, write your officials too.  Show them we are relentless and will not give up until these brave men are returned to their families.
