You should have received a Delegate Certification Notice.
If you were elected as Delegate or Alternate, but did not receive notice by email or phone that you've been certified as a delegate, immediately contact:

Provide the following information: Full Name -- Address -- Birthday -- Voter's Registration # -- Precinct # -- Delegate or Alternate -- Let them know if you were a Precinct Chair or Secretary (This proves you were there), and if you paid already and they accepted you money.
Keep copies of any correspondence.
Alternates are now delegates.
The Republican Central Committee is pushing for an immediate rule change as the first order of business at the County Convention to allow Alternates to become Delegates. If this happens we'll need all of our Alternates to be there.

Submit your Delegate Registration Form.

Fill in the bottom including your check #, but note:
There is a line in the center of the form to fill in your voter registration #.
Know your Voter Registration #.
If you have your Voter's Registration Card you can find your # on there.
If not, you can get your # online at:

Print this out to prove you are a registered republican voter.

-- Completed Registration Form
-- Delegate Form you received at the Caucus
-- Voter Registration Card OR print out your Voter Verification
-- I.D. (driver's license or mail with your name and address)
Clark County Republican Convention has been rescheduled and moved:
Saturday, March 8th, 9:00am -- Do not be late-- The Orleans Hotel & Casino, Mardi Gras BallroomSign-in 7:00am and 9:00am (or sign in early at Republican Headquarters on Friday, March 7th between the hours of 10am and 8pm at the headquarters above. They will give you your packet and be sure it has the Red Tyvek wrist band. That is what you'll need to be wearing to get into the convention and to exit and re-enter. Also be sure it has a delegate self-nomination form. Take it home, fill it out, and make a copy of it to keep. Turn in the original on Saturday at the convention.The purpose of the Clark County GOP Convention is threefold:
1. Elect Central Committee Members
2. Elect Delegates for the state convention (If need be. Word has it that there will most likely be more delegate slots available than delegates. This is a self-nomination process.)
3. Address Party Platforms
CONVENTION AGENDA:
- Couple of speakers
- 1.5 hour lunch
- committee sessions for bylaws and platform
- elections for Clark County Republican Central Committee Executive Board
- other stuff
Convention Rules:

called Robert's Rules of Order.
